Step 1. Signup to Create account.
Step 2. Go to the My Projects Menu and click on Add Project!
Step 3. Post a Status Update. Includes unlimited uploading of Files, Photos and Videos. With each post, click a colored button (marking the post as green, yellow or red).
Step 4. Click on the Invite Tab and enter an email address to invite fellow collaborators and create a project team.
Step 5. Click on the Milestone tab to create a list of milestones and track the percentage to completion!
Step 6. Click on the Notifications tab to modify your notification level and use the "Nudge" Button to send an instant notification to someone on your team.
